However, issues pop up when some essential apps for Japanese devices aren't supported in every country, resulting in error messages when you try to download them.

First, let's dive into why you'd want to switch to the Japanese App Store. Beyond accessing a ton of unique apps and games not available in other regions, it's especially useful for those who've just moved to Japan for work or study, allowing you to download any app from Japan's App Store on iOS.

First, open the App Store on your iOS device (iPhone or iPad), then tap your profile picture in the top right corner.

Next, tap on your Apple ID, and you'll see the "Country/Region" section showing your current setting (in this case, Vietnam). Tap it to proceed to the region change screen.
