Limited Access to Banking Services: Individuals with bad credit are often denied credit by banks, restricting services like credit cards and mortgages.
Legal and Financial Risks: Bad credit can lead to lawsuits and debt collection processes, increasing financial burdens from high interest rates and penalties.
Impact on Job Opportunities: A poor credit history can affect hiring in fields like finance and security, limiting career prospects.
Stress and Psychological Pressure: Dealing with bad credit causes stress and mental strain, affecting quality of life and potentially leading to depression or anxiety.
